The PCCS enrollment process is competitive.  Applications are processed electronically through the ADMISSION PORTAL (below).  PCCS utilizes "rolling admissions" -- Enrollment Applications are accepted year round on a space available basis.  Prospective families interested in applying for the upcoming fall term should begin their application process after January 1, and those applications are considered beginning in March after current families re-enroll. Prospective families should schedule an appointment for a Campus Tour -- these are generally conducted on Thursday mornings. Before the Tour, please initiate your online Admissions application so that information on your student is readily available; you can complete, finalize, and submit your application after the Tour, at your discretion. 

      Upon receipt of all such information, PCCS will review submitted Admissions information and may request additional information, as applicable.  Provided this review meets PCCS requirements, a pre-admissions academic assessment will be scheduled.  Enrollment Applications are reviewed weekly, and prospective families will be timely notified of the results and admissions decision.  Acceptance will be determined after prayerful consideration of all application information.  Note:  Incomplete enrollment applications (e.g., "Registered " in the Admission Portal but not finalized and "Submitted") and wait list applications for the current year expire June 1 after the Application is initiated.

AF:  TER ACCEPTANCEThe PCCS Admin Office will contact you to schedule an Enrollment Contract appointment.  During that appointment, a PCCS Family Enrollment Fee of $300, and the Enrollment Contract is reviewed and signed along with the Parent Partnership Preference Sheet.  Two payment options are available (payment in full or monthly bank draft payments via FACTS Tuition Management).  Please see the Tuition Chart for details about payment plans and tuition rates.

For the upcoming Academic Year, nearly all classes are fully enrolled, so do not delay in submitting your Enrollment Application to gain admission to the remaining spaces.  We look forward to meeting your family and acquainting you with our innovative and enriching program.

Do not enter the Admissions Portal to the left.  Instead, go to your Sycamore Parent Portal, click on MY SCHOOL | ENROLLMENT | ON-LINE PORTAL.  On upper right, look for ADMISSIONS ROAD MAP.  Click on ADD A STUDENT (in blue).

Electives-Only Students

PCCS on a space-available basis is pleased to enroll electives-only students (e.g. homeschool students).  Those students must apply to PCCS through the Admissions Portal (see the "New Families Apply Here" box, above) in the usual way and pay the Application Fee of $145 through the Admission Portal and submit all Immunization, Birth Certificate, References, Criminal Background check and the like.  If the student is interested in competing in athletics at the high school level, the athletics league requires that electives-only students also provide a transcript and semester-by-semester grade cards. Once the admissions process is complete, the family will sign the Enrollment Contract (the Family Annual Enrollment Fee of $300 is waived) and are then ready to select elective classes.  Elective courses are $100 per semester per class (not counting any athletic team fee that may apply if a student is enrolling in an athletics class).  In some cases, electives-only student may enroll in a core class such as Chemistry, Physics, Forensic Science, Economics and the like on a space-available basis contingent upon their completing requisite preparatory courses and paying a prorated core rate for such courses.

I-20 International Students

International students are welcome at PCCS!  PCCS holds an I-20 and is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. The Enrollment Process is somewhat different than described above.  A student interested in attending PCCS must first contact the school's administrator at e-mail: to express interest and provide a student profile (e.g., host home needs or placement if one is already obtained, English proficiency level orally and written (poor, average, above average, proficient--a Skype interview may be required to confirm proficiency).  They must also demonstrate an ability to finance their education and living expenses.  References are required.  Once this is completed, the student must submit the Enrollment Application (Admissions Portal, above), birth certificate, school records, and medical records.  The Tuition Chart (link on this page) applies to all PCCS students. Payments may be made either by credit card or electronic transfer.  Once the student had met all enrollment requirements and a host home is confirmed, then PCCS will forward an Enrollment Contract which must be signed, scanned and emailed to  Once received with the FES Enrollment fee of $450, the student's I-20 will be sent and enrollment is complete.
