PCCS is pleased to offer its Rebate Program, a program with a wide variety of opportunities for you to support PCCS without spending any extra dollars! The Program is comprised of SCRIP, E-SCRIP, and specific merchant rebates.

SCRIP
Do you eat out?  Buy fuel? Purchase groceries?  Buy gifts?  Travel?  Use the SCRIP program to do all these while supporting PCCS!   Plus, gain a PCCS tuition rebate!  

What is SCRIP?  It’s just another name for “gift  certificate.”  PCCS has affiliated with Great Lakes SCRIP Company that works as a clearinghouse for merchant gift cards.  They get the cards at a discount and broker them to nonprofit organizations with a set percentage rebate. 
 
The SCRIP program works when you, your friends, relatives and others purchase vendors cards through the school. 

SCRIP vendors include those you use often...like Ace Hardware, Albertsons, Amazon.com, AMC Theaters, Applebee’s, Bass Pro, Blockbuster,       Borders Books, Cinemark, Circuit City, Claire’s, CVS, Dillard’s, Dominoes, Gap, Home Depot, KFC, Kohl’s, Old Navy, Lowe’s, Office Max, Pier I, Ross, Saltgrass, Sears, Starbucks, T.J. Maxx, Toys R Us, Walgreens & many service stations!  Travel partners include American Airlines, Avis, Budget, Carnival Cruises, Hyatt, and Marriott.  These are just a few of the literally 100’s of vendors who are members of the SCRIP program issuing their official gift cards. 

How does SCRIP help PCCS?  Every time you purchase a gift card, PCCS earns a rebate averaging 5% (up to 25% with some vendors!). 
How does SCRIP help my family?  We track your purchases and calculate how much credit your family earns.  20% of your earnings are applied to your family’s PCCS business account.   Credits on your account will pay for any balance or fees for the year or may be rolled over to the next year’s tuition.
How this plays out.  If you purchase a $100  Bass Pro gift card with a 7% rebate, PCCS will earn a rebate of $5.60 and your family account earns $2.40.  If your family flies at Christmas with a $1000 American Airlines card with an 8%    rebate, then PCCS will earn $64 and $26 credit is applied to your tuition account.  How much do you buy in gas monthly?  Or at the pharmacy?  A percent from every sale goes to PCCS and to your tuition account!

• Eating out
• Gifts for others, including teachers! (Ask for “Wish Lists” at the office)
• Business travel and family vacations
• Office supplies for home & business
• Home repairs & building projects
• Movie nights
• Sporting goods & children’s toys
• A lift at Starbucks!

What do these cards look like?  Each card is  issued to SCRIP from each merchant with the merchant logo and name depicted.  In most cases, these cards look just like the ones you purchase at the store.

How do I buy these cards?  You can buy the gift cards at PCCS! 

• The PCCS SCRIP office will be located in the Elementary Library.
• Morning Hours:  Every Mon. & Wed. 8:00-8:30 a.m. 
• Afternoon Hours:  Every Tues. & Thurs. 3:15-3:45 p.m.
• A “SCRIP ON SALE” banner will be posted on the Front Porch to remind you when the SCRIP office is open. 
• To review a complete list of vendors, click on the Vendors tab on the PCCS website or get a copy from the SCRIP clerk.
• Complete the order form checking the gift cards you wish to buy & include payment checks, money orders, cash, & credit cards (credit cards accepted only for gift cards with rebates in excess of 3%).
• If the gift card you want is “in stock,”    purchase it and receive the card immediately.
• If the gift card you want is not “in stock,” we will order it for you.  
• Orders placed by Thursday, 3:45 p.m. will usually arrive by Wednesday of the next week.
• What if you can’t make it to the SCRIP   office?  Use the Order Form at the SCRIP tab on the website, fill it out & send it with check or money order (credit card number filled in) to place your order.  Cards in stock (or received in a week) can be released   directly to you (or a person you designate).

When do I get gift cards that I’ve ordered?  Orders are placed each Thursday and should arrive the following Wednesday.  You will need to come in person (or send a person you         designate) to the SCRIP office during its hours of operation to sign for your cards.  If you forget to come in, our SCRIP clerk will e-mail you.

Other Merchant Rebates

In addition to SCRIP, we partner with these merchants to return cash back to PCCS. Encourage relatives and friends to register for these cards to help support PCCS! 

Kroger
Pick up a Kroger Community Partners card at the SCRIP    office.  Show it each time you make Kroger purchases, and PCCS gets a   percentage back. 

Target - Click Here
At the PCCS website, click on the Target link (above), enter the PCCS ID# (119751), register your personal credit card as indicated, and PCCS gets a percentage back from your purchases. 

Albertson’s 
Pick up an Albertson’s rebate card at the SCRIP office.  Show it each time you make purchases at Albertson’s, and PCCS gets a percentage back. 

E-SCRIP (www.escrip.com)
At the PCCS website, click on the E-SCRIP link (above), click on “Supporters,”  go to “Register Now,” and follow the prompts to register your credit cards with E-SCRIP using the PCCS Group ID (#500016516).  PCCS   automatically gets a percentage back when you use any E-SCRIP listed vendor.
